Top marks for Redland

Late last year, Mater Private Hospital Redland was commended for its innovation and outstanding achievements by surveyors from the ACHS Accreditation Periodic Review.
The results highlight the hospital’s continuum of quality and commitment to patient care, through an in-depth understanding of Mater's values, mission and vision.
The ACHS surveyors endorsed the organisation’s ratings in all categories except in quality, which was upgraded from MA to EA and commended for innovation and outstanding achievements in this category.
“I hold great pride in the spirit of mercy that is shared by all and experienced by those who entrust their care to the exceptional people from this uniquely high achieving team,” Mater Private Hospital executive director Don Murray said.
“My congratulations to all concerned and heartfelt thanks to those who assisted the survey.”
