• A HR Adviser at Mater Health Services will be in contact with all new employees who require business sponsorship.
• Mater Health Services will complete the necessary sponsorship application forms and you will be required to complete your application for a Temporary Business Long Stay — Standard Business Sponsorship (sublcass 457).
• Mater Health Services will receive your Transaction Reference Number (TRN) within approximately one week of submitting your sponsorship application.
• Mater Health Services will contact you in writing (via e-mail) to advise of your TRN.
• When making your application for a Temporary Business Long Stay — Standard Business Sponsorship (sublcass 457) you will need to quote this TRN.
• Whilst waiting to be advised of your TRN, we recommend you visit the Department of Immigration’s Web site and download form number 1066 which will provide you with information regarding your application for a long-stay temporary business visa (for a stay up to 4 years).
• It is recommended that you complete your application on-line.
